Hey, Chuck. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about that particular school; however, I just completed the instrument rating in November. The end cost for me, including instructor, airplane fees and examiner fee, was about $3,000. With 65 hours, it may take some time to nail the attitude flying portion of the curriculum. As for time, my work schedule didn't allow me to train full-time, so I met with my instructor 3 days a week for about 4 months. I would usually spend about 3 hours with him each time, either flying or working on ground. If you're able to go full-time, you can get it done much sooner. I have a friend who went to one of those accelerated schools and got it done in 10 days, but the price tag was more than $7,000! Hope it helps.
