TacAero Hood River, Oregon:<BR /><div>TacAero, located in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, seeks professional Instructor Pilots to train flight students of various backgrounds and experience levels. TacAero approaches flight training by using time-honored techniques to train elite tailwheel and backcountry aviators. The successful candidate demonstrates a passion for tailwheel aircraft and backcountry aviation, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills.</div><div><strong> </strong></div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Providing professional flight instruction to TacAero students in accordance with published Training Course Outlines (TCOs), syllabuses, and courseware.</li><li>Conducting scenic, charter, and services flights in support of TacAero’s various missions.</li><li>Ferrying of company and customer aircraft throughout the country.</li><li>Conducting Experimental/Amateur-Built (E-AB) flight testing of company and customer aircraft.</li><li>Conducting payload research and development flights in support of company and customer requirements.</li><li>Maintaining a friendly, inviting and clean atmosphere for TacAero’s customers.</li><li>Coordinating with the TacAero Chief Instructor for proper scheduling of students and workload.</li><li>Ensuring that all customer needs are supported personally or through additional help if necessary.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned by the Chief Instructor.</li></ul><div><strong>Additional Information:</strong><br /><ul><li>This position is based in Hood River, OR. It will require travel to other training locations.</li><li>This is a full-time, salary-exempt position.</li><li>Salary is commensurate with experience, and qualifications.</li><li>The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday.</li></ul></div>
