Does anyone here know if Flight Safety will hire instructors who did not do their training at Flight Safety? How about if you just attend FS for your instructor ratings? Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

You have to at least do your instructor ratings here at this point.

As of right now....and for a while Flight Safety is not hiring anybody from outside. If you go there and do your instructor ratings you will be given the same consideration as somebody who did their whole program there. I went through the CFI program with a couple of people who did just that and they were hired.
