Ok, maybe not always exciting but it still beats sitting at a desk. As some of you know, I have been with ATP since beginning training. I took a little time off and went back. I started instructing with them at DAB and have since been moved to FXE which was my location choice.

So, for about 1000 more hours, I will be gracing the Ft. Lauderdale skies every day, trying to make the best of my time. Flying new Archers and 2000 Seminoles is awesome! :biggrin:

It has been exciting and I am eagerly awaiting my next opportunity. I decided to come back here because of that wonderful 1500hr rule and the fact that my ATP written is good through July 2016, I would hate to just give up my ATP. :ooh: My ultimate goal is leaning towards Allegiant or Jet Blue but if another great opportunity popped up, I would definitely consider it. I would love to chat with any of you Allegiant guys as I have a ton of questions especially in regards to Allegiant and PGD, considering that's where my wife and I live.

Anyhow, sorry for being a stranger lately and I hope everyone is doing well!

I was at Allegiant about a year and a half ago so I could answer some questsion but I know @HVYMETALDRVR is there now and could probably give you more accurate answers. So jealous you live in FL winter in Chicago is awful!

Good to hear that you are enjoying instructing, man. I am about a week away from the big CFI ride and can absolutely not wait to teach. I'm so very excited. I hear ya on the ATP stuff. I've gotta bust ass to keep my written current and get those hours by the time it expires.
 
I do love my little slice of the world! After 26 years split between Wisconsin and Michigan, I can't think of many better places to be during the winter.
