I was looking through the inop components chart and saw something that I didn't understand. One example of it was with NDB approaches if MALS, SSALS, or ODALS is inop. you increase the visibility by 1/4 mile for Cat. A, B, and C but there's nothing listed for Cat. D.
Is this because there are no Cat. D approaches to airports that use these lighting systems?
