My opinion hasn't changed. Anyone who comes on here begging for help because their shortcut to a job fell through doesn't deserve our help.

Matter of fact, if they're trying to use their personal contacts to grease the skids in the process, they should just shut up about it. The only thing that will happen by coming on here asking for help in cutting in line is resentment from those of us that are slugging through the process, and a lot of trouble for the manager that is trying to sneak her in.

Where in any of this individuals posts says she has an "in" with the ZTL manager? It ONLY said that she heard that Shelby, the ZTL manager, wanted to interview her. Me thinks that some who haven't gotten "the call" yet are jealous.

All I saw from sub-standard was a request for info. Believe it or not, there will be enough ATC jobs for everyone who has the ability over the next few years. Those of us who have been doing it for the last two decades have had enough. No need to be so competitive.

If I were her dad, I would be very unhappy with some of inflammatory remarks made toward her. Who knows? Her dad may just be lurking on here:laff:

If they haven't figured it out, perhaps they shouldn't even be here. Her dad is the one who introduced me to this forum and he is just a little bit psycho. That is why I try to stay on his good side at work. :crazy:
