All you have to do is get onboard.<br /><br />CHC Helicopter is seeking an Immediate Term Scheduler Onshore to join our Flight Operations team in Perth head office. The Scheduler is responsible for all rostering and scheduling of technical crew assignments, Flight and Duty, Claims and some travel for the Onshore group.</em><br /><br /><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Roster crew and monitor schedules</li><li>Point of contact for all onshore crew regarding all aspects of the rosters and roster programming system</li><li>Manage and book travel requirements for crew and liaise with travel coordinator</li><li>Monitoring and analysing reports and data on all rosters to ensure FRMS compliance</li><li>Provide rostering and FRMS training to new employees at induction</li><li>Be fully conversant with current Work Agreements, FRMS and associated Work Practices currently in use</li><li>Crew leave administration</li><li>Audit rosters for scheduling and FRMS compliance</li><li>Monitor, audit and assess crew claim and timesheets</li><li>Organise and schedule crew third party training where required</li><li>Schedule crew according to contract requirements</li><li>Identify and resolve potential scheduling issues.</li></ul>
