I'm betting this is an old video of the overrun in Angola in 2004.

error on my part.. happened late SEPT this year when ALADA rejected a takeoff from an airport on a freight haul for DHL. Cabinda Province - or Kabinda - is noth of and separated from the main part of Angola - with about 20 miles of the DRC between Angola and Cabinda. Searching on Google Earth doesn't find it very well.
