IFR Charts

This question is more towards those who are already flyling large jet aircraft. I recently saw a program that showed airlined pilots use a dispatcher that will give them a flight plan, eta, fuel, etc. My question is, do you still use high and low enroute charts for navigation or soley rely on what the dispatcher has presented you?
You still carry all the charts in some form. What the dispatcher files and what you fly is usually not the same.
