I noticed that according to the website Kalitta 2 mins for DC9 and 727 are now: ATP. That's it. Can anyone confirm whether this is a lowering of the bar or maybe I just hadn't noticed it before?

I'm not familiar with their past hiring mins, but I know they recently hired a former 72 FE with a CTP/ATP written as a fo on the 72.
