OMG, this thread added 3 pages overnight. I am also kinda sorry I brought up the whole BMI scale. I guess it's my medical training making me do it.
But getting back to the real item of discussion. I feel that if you are large enough to encrouch into another's seat you need to pay for another seat. If the flight is not full then it is up to the airline to refund the money.

Well you can get your ears pierced in the mall, I would guess they'd do an eyebrow or something if you wanted, but I think if you wanted belly button or any where else you'd have to go to the tattoo shops in SLC.
