If you had an extra $25k, I'd recommend buying a small airplane that can actually fly instead. If this guy gets a grand for this, I'll be shocked.

Sensenich 76x59 carbon prop. 817 lb empty weight. fabric is in good shape but the paint is cracking up some. My wife's cross-over SUV costed more than either of my airplanes. Airplane ownership is really not that expensive. Of course, like boats, there's no top end on costs... You have to be willing to be happy with what you have.
