IE 11 and Windows 8.1

This is the first time I've been able to post anything since upgrading to IE 11 and Windows 8.1.

After doing some searching it looks like I had to put jetcareers.com in my compatibility view settings through internet explorer-tools-compatibility settings.

However, after doing so I get a little message above, and below the ATP advertisement, that says

"You are using an out of date browser. It may not display this or other websites correctly.
You should upgrade or use an alternative browser. "

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

It's been saying that ever since IE 10. Without compatibility view the site is basically useless on IE.

I have to use compatibility mode just to reply, or use Chrome (hate Chrome, because I hate change) since upgrading to IE11/7.

They sure do. I'm not going to go out of my way to download a browser that's "better" when one already comes fully integrated into software on my computer and generally works just fine.

I can post just fine with Firefox, but IE puts me in read-only status. So it's a compatibility view problem?

IE 11, left-click Page, then click on Compatibility View Settings, then add jetcareers.com to the list. Now I can reserve Firefox for... errr, somewhat more private browsing
