IAD Shuttle from Metro?

Hi guys -

Sorry if this is really OT, but I know some of you are from the greater-DC area...

Does anyone have any experience with the shuttle that runs from the Metrorail to IAD? If so, how long is the ride? I leave out of IAD at 12:15 next Friday (big travel day?), so I'm trying to figure out when to be at the designated Metro stop (I don't know the stop off hand).

It's called the Washington Flyer. A lot of people who live here don't use it all that much because we love just zipping on over to the airport on the airport only road. You do not know how much fun it is to see all the traffic backed up on the Toll Road when you fly right on by them in the airport only road!

I have taken the Washington flyer bus once from DCA to IAD. It was $35 and the best thing is, they take HOV lanes and know how to get you there quickly.

Tony's right, evenryone here love to drive. And the people I know that live in the city tend to fly out of DCA or drive themselves to IAD and fly out of there

Anyway, Washington Flyer is a good service. Allow for a LOT of time to be stuck in traffic, it is BAD in this area!

Which metro stop are you getting on at?
