I was told $500-550/year.

That's pretty much on par for most hubs.

It has been awhile, but I used to pay 250 a year to park at IAD. It was one of the easiest employee lots I have used.

I only plan on needing it for a couple of months so I was trying to get out of paying for the year up front and then getting a refund for the unused time.

@Screaming_Emu - do you know when the silver line of Metro will extend all the way? I know some buses go out there, so there might be parking options a bit cheaper off-airport that could still bring you in.

Silver line won't be done till 2018.

I'll be surprised if they finish on time. They haven't even finish building all the support columns around the airport. They haven't even touched the wiehle metro, to start expanding it.
