I saw this descrbed as "bad passenger timing"...

I once had a medical emergency and when I asked for the info the pilot said “passenger is very dehydrated and *voice fills with disgust* uncontrollable diarrhea in their seat.”
Yikes. I've seen plenty of inbound vomit cleanup calls over the years, but poop is special.

Once upon a FAT-bound Brasila flight in my ramper days, a guy with a colostomy bag that was very full slammed the overhead bin shut. It was like the Bob Saget scene in Dumb & Dumberer, and 3-4 seats in the splash zone were occupied. Tiny little chunks were everywhere and what looked like Kevin Malone's chili incident oozed from the bin above. Luckily us rampers weren't expected to clean it as at that hour we were all doing RON cabin cleaning and commissary duties as well (you can't even dump a lav and then do those tasks, let alone clean up a poop eruption). The young F/A asked us over and over if we could clean it. Everyone including the pilots told her to relax, but she was very hyper about a potential cancelation. Before a HAZMAT cleaning crew even arrived, the F/A had taken it upon herself to clean the entire mess and had that rear Brasilia cabin relatively spotless. The pilots were chilling behind the gate podium on their phones when she came up sweating and wearing gloves and said "We're good to go, I cleaned it all up and they're the cleanest seats on the plane now and the mechanic and shift manager are happy with it. I just can't do a drink service on this leg now but you're about to get a call that we're flying".

With FAT being a crew base and this being the 2240L departure, I'd always assumed that it was the go-home leg for them, but I really wonder what she had going on in FAT that night because I dumped lavs almost every day back then and didn't want to go near it LOL.
