I am spending day and night preparing for my ADX written and I leave for school in less than 3 weeks! Anything you would recommend to someone who takes their practical/oral in a month??

That would depend on what school, I just completed Sheffield - I wouldn't know about others. Get the ADX out of the way as soon as you can!

There are a lot if retirements coming down the pike so there will be quite a bit of hiring among the regionals and the majors.
