I got a yob

Landed a cfi gig making 20 bux an hour to start off with flying some pretty decent equipment on the east coast. Just got back from the interview and am pretty much on cloud 9. Good luck to all still lookin

Good to hear some great news on the job front!

Sounds like you are making friends.
Hopefully for the sake of your future students the reasons people don't want you to have a job won't affect your students flying careers.

Sorry If I don't know ya I am not telling. People are trying to screw around with my career. I am not trying to stop someone from getting hired I just need to make sure certain people don't know where I work. Sorry again holmes.

Thanks everyone else for the kind words.

Probably a good move, no reason for people to know where you work.

[modhat]I don't care what you people think of each other, keep personal issues to PMs![/modhat]

Chill the F out people, just like I'd tell y'all if you were in my living room.

All I need is yet another thread that someone writes me about two years later, that's already plastered all over Google that someone wants to be deleted.

True story.

I'm not trying to start nothing, but if I were in your house and I told you that I got a job, you would congratulate me. But it feels to me that some people here would rather sabotage people flight career, rather than congratulate me. It only took me almost three years for me to lose my temper.

Ut Oh!
Mod Hat came out!!

But congrats James!!
You're gonna love CFI'n!!

we may clash on ideas, but the way i figure, if you can pass the checkride and get a yob, you must be doing something right, right?

Have fun getting paid to fly!

hey, I missed your thread. Congrats on the job.

$20/hour is respectable and a great starting wage, depending on cost of living.

On another note, I have a tremendous urge to google JC threads.
