It’s a good improvement. We don’t really struggle on the JKT test as whole. We are failing on the HR portion. But getting rid of the test that people spend 80% of prep time on is huge so people are now able to focus their studies on the HR section.

I just booked my interview for March. Thanks for the write up. If anything else pops up, I'll greatly appreciate it.

No JKT is really great. I’m happy for the EDV guys and gals.

I’m wondering though if the HR failure rate is due more to being a weak interviewee or having a weak application that otherwise would not have made it into the panel’s hands.

Job Knowledge Test. Heavy in aerodynamics but also includes all the other usual suspects (engines, systems, weather, some math).
