Huntington Beach Emergency Landing

Thats the third one thats landed on a street right under me. Lots of power lines and hundreds of people were on the street. I fear this the most, I've cut back on flying a lot because of this.

My parents live out there and saw the plane land. The pilot did everything right (in terms of the emergency landing).

Happened right down the street from my in-laws. They posted pics of it on Instagram.

I cannot figure this statement out unless you're trying to say you can't comprehend risk factors and causation.

I saw a video that showed her using a checklist as she shut down the engine. Good practice I guess, but no one has any idea why she decided to land yet. There's something odd about this.

Mistook the street for a runway? There's some weird people out there.

Someone posted on FB that this was a student pilot who forgot to change the trim and thought the airplane was sinking due to a loss of power so an emergency landing was made.
At least no one and no property was injured or damaged.

Who knows where the person on FB got their info. It was another pilot posting on some group.
