Human Trafficking on a Plane Question

Given the current use of planes to transfer people from TX and FL to other places, aren't professional pilots at risk of getting into trouble if they agree to fly those people?

"...to ensure the Corporation does not provide support to persons that are--
(A) knowingly engaging in acts of corruption;
(B) knowingly providing material or financial
support for terrorism, drug trafficking, or human
trafficking; or
(C) responsible for ordering or otherwise directing
serious or gross violations of human rights."

I don’t see how it’s “knowingly” because pilots didn’t know the terms of whatever deal(s) the passengers had going to Martha’s Vineyard. As for C, the pilots didn’t order and charter the flight itself.

I believed they used two different flight crews. One in TX and the other in FL. I would guess the crew may have not known the details or they did and were just sketchy contractors looking for a cash only gig. Either way, it was a shady operation that certainly has some serious legal implications for both of these lunatic governors and anyone who was a part of it.

Who was it that asked if it was legal to fly their boss’ employees around?

This right here is where, as a professional crew, you’d look for other employment vs fly 20-30 immigrants, who speak no English, to another state, without official paperwork and affiliation with CBP and/or ICE.

Biden moved a lot more illegal immigrants around on airplanes and buses in the middle of the night than Desantis or Abbot.

What ever happened to Ghislaine Maxwells list? I'm not talking about the kids, I'm curious about the adults.

Ding ding ding. These were not flights sanctioned by CBP or the DOJ, but a charter operator taking money from the State of Florida to move people under false pretenses. Yes, we know that because of the pamphlets given to them.

First name rhymes with "new". It moves at a speed that belies its second name.

Yeah. That's what you get when one seeks advice from peers and is confronted by a culture where folks would rather excoriate one for being proactive than consider a question deliberatively and try to answer it honestly. Good luck aviation culture, we're all counting on you.

“Citation needed.”

In other words, it is perfectly normal for the Fed to fly around persons in their custody/jurisdiction to other federal facilities throughout the country or in the case of children to sponsors as it is against federal law for unaccompanied children to be held at the border for longer than 72 hours and these flights have been happening long before Biden or even Trump was president, but Fox and Hannity et al conveniently leave that part out and geniuses like Knot4u and Cherokee cruiser swallow it up hook line and sinker.

Justice, like all good things, takes time. It's never found at the end of a barrel.

Patience. Smiles. Kindness. Decency... Incarceration will emerge.

If it doesn't, nothing will matter anyway.

This is why all pilots should have to take ethics classes as well…

Yup. It’s amazing how many people who watch Fox are constantly angry about nothing.
“ there are concerns that drugs from immigrants will be mixed in with your children’s Halloween candy this year to support the liberal agenda! “ more on that at 10.

No. It's not amazing. It's precisely as intended.

Keep 'em distracted by the shiny-shiny in the left hand while the right hook decks 'em.
