Hulkamania!

I was connecting flights in ATL on Saturday on my way to ABQ. I was heading to my gate in D terminal and walked up to a gaggle of people gawking at something. At the gate was no other than Hulk Hogan, his daughter, and another wrestler, whose name I can't remember. The ASA pilots were in the middle of getting their picture taken with them. I wish i had my camera with me. He's a really nice guy. I shook his hand and he autographed my seat request card. He said the were going to Roanoke VA to promote his daughters CD. The gate agents let him make a PA announcement and gave his Hulkamania routine. It was pretty cool.

Hey I too saw the Hulkster at an airport once. I believe I was 12 or 13 at the time and on my way to Camp Morehead in NC. The airport was Charlotte. The Hulkster was HUGE. The Hulkster was friendly. And the Hulkster is from Tampa, whoo hoo.

Several years ago, he and several other professional wrestlers, were working out at the local gym in Louisville the same time I was there. The WCW, or whatever it was called at the time, was in town. I recognized him from TV and a few of the other guys as well. I remember how quiet he was and except for his size, how he just seemed to blend in with everyone else. What seemed really strange was the fact he was spotting and joking around with one of his so called "arch enemies" in the squared circle on TV. I also remember a stretch limo came to the gym to pick him up. Seemed like a nice guy.
