Huge cocaine haul seized on Air France plane in Paris

Wanna make some real money? Go down to Columbia/Ecuador and raid the "Seneca Money Planes". They fly cash out to the remote villages. Usually carrying $2MM-$5MM CASH. Usually 4 guys on board. 2 pilots, 2 guards... I imagine all watching each other very closely for the slightest twitch.

I don't mean to sound to sarcastic but I wonder the the cartel will steal back some of the drugs. There was a big bust like this in the 90s in Miami, after being filmed on the news the drugs were put back into circulation.

Everyone needs to stay employed........it's big business. The cartels need to keep their jobs, law enforcement needs to keep theirs, and the politicians need to keep theirs. Thus, the product that all three have a varied interest in, needs to keep circulating.

Haha, lol! Now, instead of low level flying in junked-out pistons and trying to avoid interceptors; the game is to blend in ith everyone else, with nice equipment, flight plans sometimes, and going into main airports.

I read in the biography of drug pilot that Cessna engineered the 404 Titan to make it the best aircraft for smuggling.

Or a 206/208 flying gold out of the mines in the Guianas.

Dead on. It goes even further when you think about prisons. There's been a fast growing sector of private prisons that are full of inmates with drug related offenses. Bust em and lock em up, tax payer picks up the tab. Pot full of free government money right there.
