Looking for any information about maintaining a first or second class medical while on a Hormone Replacement Therapy program for diagnosed low testosterone. Thank you.

Well first there's the cognitive testing and then there's psychology reports and the 6 month grounding and the special issuance and the yearly updates and explaining your history to everyone who asks and....

Oh.... wait... Testosterone?

You'll be fine [emoji14]

Testosterone therapy for low-T is well accepted. Just note how long you have been taking HRT and that you have no side effects. You should have no problems with the FAA.
