How to file VFR for Dry Tortugas

Gents I would like to overfly Dry Tortugas NP. VFR. It's east of Key West and behind the ADIZ. We are planning to circle over the fort as a flight of three then back to Marathon FL. Can somebody knowledgeable please give me how-and-what-to-file guidance?

Just need to file a DVFR flight plan and also need the 12inch N numbers on the aircraft.

Yes, I had a CFI in right seat and it was my free BFR












Speedboat departed toward Dry Tortugas before us and we met them on our way back. They were still peddling to NP.
