How often do majors hire from ULCCs?

Seems logical. Delta sent me an interview invite and I have no dispatch experience... yet. I doubt that I get offered anything, but I guess I'll find out.

Definitely not out of the question. I was hired with only a few years of 135 experience. I think it’ll help if you’re a International or Domestic Dispatcher rather than doing scheduling
