30-35kts is my max for a light aircraft. 20-30kts is pretty standard for coastal Maine for much of the fall, winter, & spring. If I start to see numbers steady in the 30+ range I usually call it quits. I was flying scenic flights last weekend with 25-30kts with gusts to 35kts. It was pretty bumpy, but the wind was right down the runway.
