How many hours when you got first CFI job?

540+/- TT, .... got hired were I did all my post-private certs/ratings (including my initial CFI). Had to wait a summer because there weren't any openings.

To tell you the truth, though...I'm in no hurry! I'm really having the time of my life. I don't think I'm quite ready for the regionals yet. I'm only going to get to do this once, and I want to enjoy the experience. My plan is to do this for a while, then move on to Flight Express or Ram Air once I hit 1200 TT.

Now, I'm not going to turn down a sweet job if it comes along, but I'm having fun doing this!

Strange??? Not really. If you are truly happy in a job, then it is not strange at all. From the looks and sounds of it, you are having a blast. It would be hard to give that up.

Had just overt 300 TT......about 200 Multi and 100 Single.......Hired by the school I did all my training at.

CFI, MEI, CFII
