How many hours did you fly in 2009?

Yeah but you have passengers and have to stock the minibar. Plus you don't get to fly through thunderstorms. ;)

Minibar? Man, they didn't point that one out to me! Oh, and I've run through my fair share of lines of weather with that old 1970s radar. Yeeehaw. Just can't scare the freight. ;)

PS. How's that Janitrol treating you? :D

Terribly. It just blows cold air when it's this cold. :o

Brother (or maybe sister, I vaguely recall), I feel your pain. I remember the Baron in the dead of winter. Hard to tune the radio with mittens on, but harder if you don't have any feeling in your fingers.

Eight hundred and sixty seven hours (867 hours)

863 hours Dash 8 turboprop
2 hours Cessna 152
2 hours Cessna 172

And even harder if your SIC didn't latch the door all the way causing it to pop open at 8,000 feet.

Twice.

In one night.

It's brother. I hear that though...My feet are blocks of ice by the time I get on the ground. Fun.

At least you have freight. I had the upper part of the main cabin door open at 9,000' in a rain storm once. With passengers. I'm surprised nobody had a heart attack. :cwm27:

No, but really, the FAA got involved, the rampers got retrained; it was kind of a big deal. :D
