Horizon airlines

besides the high pay....why do most pilots want to work so much for Horizon?

do they treat their employees any different?????

I would guess that pay is the #1 attractant. Most pilots at Horizon that I've met also live in base or commute between Seattle and Portland. So, northwest bases is probably the 2nd reason.

I'm an MVP Gold on Alaska/Horizon. That's the highest tier of their FF program. I think Horizon runs a pretty good operation. Most of the employees seem friendly and they try to take care of the customer.
