I wear my Alpa tie year round but it qualifies as the navy blue tie my company requires.

ours have to be "tasteful" that leaves out the Santa getting a hummer tie or the mistletoe over the junk tie. If I can't wear that then what's the point?

We allow "tasteful" holiday ties.

Tuesday the blimp didn't fly. Monday it flew, but that wasn't me. I flew part of Saturday and Sunday

These uniform threads are hilarious. It's so nice at my new job... Uniform standards: 1) Look professional. 2) Stay warm. Nobody cares what jacket you choose to wear. I never understood why this Christmas tie/leather jacket stuff gave people so much heartburn. As long as you look sharp, you're fine.

My uniform today was my underwear.

I use to get up shower turn on the computers and treat it like a real job. Now I get up and hang out in undies most the day, go swim at the beach and call it a day.

Yep it was tuesday, landed commercially at KSAN and was at the parking lot changing thinking i had to run to work and saw the blimp cross over the approach end of 27. Looks like he was practicing some slow flight.

Are you at Brown Field? Saw it there last time I landed there. Gonna be landing there tomorrow. Maybe you can add an article for the home page of JC for Blimp Careers. Seriously though I'd be interested in hearing how you got a blimp job.
