Dated video from back when the Royal Navy had "normal" aircraft carriers and not just VSTOL carriers, and when aircraft such as the F-4K Phantom II, Fairey Gannett, and Blackburn Buccaneer were operated by the RN's Fleet Air Arm.
In this video, F-4 operations are shown as well as RAF pilots (on exchange, I believe) learning to carrier land the Buccaneer.
I have to say, with my very limited experience with carrier operations having only been on a couple of carriers for a week or so, that in this video, this is the nicest, calmest, most understanding, caring, and friendliest Air Boss and Mini Boss I've ever seen, either in person or on film. The US Navy doesn't seem to have any of these.
