I just got word back from American Eagle that my medical got approved and I'm in the Nov 21 ground school. It was a pretty thorough interview process--I'll post a summary of both it and the Mesa interview I went to a few weeks ago when I get the time.

Everything at Eagle seemed extremely professional, and I'm super excited to get on with them.

good start

That's a nice way to start off as a jcer! congrats!!! come on you gotta do a little bit more introducing and tell more about the interview etc.

I actually started posting here in 2001, but my old screen name (zmiller) somehow disappeared during a JC hiatus over the last year and a half or so.

Anyway, I had about 1600tt/140 multi/105 inst when I interviewed. I've been a CFI for a year and a half, and all my multi is in a light twin (Travel Air). Most of the people I interviewed with had similar times. The whole process was great--I really got the impression that they were pulling for all of us to do well.
