HAI is a solid school, that's obvious. Thier planes are a bit more expensive (don't forget to include the $12 per hour fuel surcharge), but the planes are well maintained. I have an awesome instructor at HAI and it's the instructor that really matters, not the school.
They're hiring process is pretty funny, it sounds more intense than the FAA CFI checkride. And the drawing the Seminole systems thing-- I hear hardly anyone can do it and I know of some instructors who couldn't do it and still got hired. They're a good school, just more bureaucratic than most flight schools.
And don't get too hung up on the part 61 and 141 stuff. It's really not that big of a deal either way. People that I've talked to in the airlines say "A rating, is a rating, is a rating"
