I'm a (now old) student pilot, and am hoping to return to flying, but am really concerned that I may fail a 3rd class medical.... (My prior medical expired a decade ago)I think I may have / had a VERY slight hernia, (may be healed up even.... Several months ago, I Felt something "pop" at work, and had a slight discomfort from this for a couple of months... Have had No visible symptoms ever, and no discomfort at all for 3 months or more though)
I don't recall if the doc checked for a hernia the last time I had the examination... And... I Just don't want to get caught with my pants down by the FAA
