Helping a friend find a deal

So a friend of mine who is active duty military asked me to help him find a flight or flight+hotel deal for him and the miss's celebrate their wedding anniversary in Bermuda, the Bahamas or anywhere tropical , Looking to depart out of RDU in this month or next month and about a week long, confirmed tickets. I am not a 121 guy (Just a lowly EMS pilot) but I said I would ask around.

Any suggestions?

Not out of RDU, but Allegiant just started flying out of Concord (JQF), which is only like an hour and some change of a drive and has flights to florida for something like $69. From there I bet its cheaper to go to the bahamas than from RDU... Just a thought.
