Hey I need some help calculating the fuel that i am using from check point to check point, time to next check point. Please I need to turn this at 300pm est

Maybe you should ask someone like, oh, I don't know; your flight instructor. Not only have you given no information about your flight, do you really trust flight planning information given to you by strangers over the internet?

Where in Part 91 does it talk about careless operation...
 
the trusty old E6-b is your friend.... .
it will tell you everything you need to know.
