Hey....We're not that bad. Those of us from the City Of Brotherly Love and surrounding areas have a warm side too. ;)

As for what was done to that poor kid....Inexcusable. Dosn't suprise me that it happened in Upper Darby either...Something similar (although far, far less brutal) happened to me when I was 13. Not cool, nobody wins when it's 8 on 1. In fact, it makes the bullies look like cowards when they show up in possies.
