Headsets

I own two pairs of DC's, a H20-10 and a H10-13.4. I bought the "revolutionary" H20-10's first, they are made of composite material and looked comfortable. The problem with the H20-10's are the gel filled ear seals are under filled, in my opinion. After an hour or so my ears are rubbing the inner foam that covers the speakers, plus, the ear seals have a sharp plastic weld on the inside that cuts into the top of my ear lobe. I called David Clark and they sent me a new pair of gel filled ear seals but, they are no improvement. The H20-10's sound great, the M7A mic sounds great, they are not very heavy on the head at 19 oz. but, they are not ear friendly. The H10-13.4's are more comfortable on the ears but they have begin to feel like my head is in a vise after a few hours (I typically fly 6-8 hrs a day). The sound is more "tin can" like than the H20-10's, the M7A mic is the same great mic. If David Clark could improve the ear seals on the H20-10's they would have a winner but, I would recommend the H10-13.4's if you must buy DC's.
