Whichever ones had the flat, walkman style earphones...I think they were the 45s now that you mention it. I never had the earcup Sennheisers

I've always wondered. Why do regional pilots wear headsets and mainline pilots in like 737's and 757's wear those little telemarketer headsets.
When I jumpseated on ATR both pilots used the company provided headset. I've decided put my Bose X on ebay and go cheaper or just use the company headsets
Might as well. You won't use them since you won't be flying more than twice a month anyway =P

Isn't the RJ only approved for two specific headset models? One model being a Sennheiser and the other being a Telex from vauge memory... why is that??
But otherwise, the Telex 750 + ear plugs is a good combination?
