Hey guys
Whenever I do a flight lesson, I get a headache and dizziness after 30mins to 1 hr of lesson. I only have few hours on the air, and it seems like I'm having less headache after each lesson. Is this common? Also, I used to get airsickness and seasickness when I was little, but not anymore.

This should go away with more experience. It is usually just tension related as you try to put it all together in the cockpit. It is a fairly common problem.
