No judgement on the crew at all, I was aiming more at the operating culture of the company. Gotta wonder how a business jet crashes on an instrument approach though.
 
The flightaware track doesn't appear to show an attempt at an approach to a missed. I wonder what the actual weather was at the time of the approach.

While it is all speculation at this point, it looks like that was leg 5 or 6 for that crew today, with 8 hours of flight time before the crash. In the past I have heard various rumors about operators in that area not complying with rest regs, and operates under this mission statement "make it happen or you don't have a job."
