I still hate Airbus to the death because I am Boeing born and raised and they put food on my table, however, I've had the pleasure to tour a brand new A330, and they are pretty nice airplanes.

At least we're getting the tanker contract. Suckers. :)

You sure about that? I mean, after whining and crying about losing the first time? Remember who got selected first, and who threw a fit.

Here comes the A vs. B war...

I think the Hawaiian livery looks much better on the 763 anyway. :)

I'm Washington born and USA proud, we don't need no stinkin French plane in my backyard, if any of that made any sense :)

Note heavy on the sarcasm.

I can't believe she left Boeing for that piece of junk
It was actually Boeing's fault. Boeing denied HA's contract for $4.4 billion stating it was too small of an order. So HA had no other choice but to go with Airbus.

Hopefully they buy the A350, I'd love to see the Hawaiian livery on that plane!

Hawaiian orders the A-350.;)

Airbus today announced that Hawaiian Airlines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airbus for 6 Airbus A350 XWB-800s and 6 A330-200s, selecting Airbus aircraft for the first time in their history.

Hawaiian Airlines will begin receiving the new A330-200s starting in 2012 while A350 deliveries will begin in 2017. Both will be powered by Rolls-Royce Trent engines.
