Having a serious A.NET moment! (sorry)

Okay, PHX is launching plane after plane off runway 26 today. They hardly ever use 08/26 for anything but landings and the occasional takeoff. Runway 07L/25R is the main depatrure runway in PHX.

But I'm counting at least 20 takeoff's back to back in the last maybe hour.

Wow, a pretty exciting day here at work today. Even more so because 08/26 is right under my job. Planes are just starting to retract their first notch of flaps when they fly over my job, that's how close I am to Sky Harbor!

Sorry for any damage to my reputation or embarassment to myself that I that I have caused by this post!

Airliners.net. They have a forum also, but it's mostly wannabe pilots and flightsimmers who try to dispute whatever real pilots post on the forum. They try to get technical with one another about airliners.

They also write extremely detailed trip reports that describe everything from the smell of the lady right next to you to the highly detailed description of the vocal characteristics of the rude flight attendant.
