Has anyone tried to get a refund from Coair lately?

I used the same address approximately 2 months ago and it worked (the same dispute that you had). I didn't encounter the full email box though.

Typically... as long as the ticket that he scanned at the gate showed his seat in coach... then the pass fee's will be automatically changed and the difference refunded.

Usually takes 10-14 business days. That's been my experience anyway, and I've never had to e-mail them for it.

Hopefully it works the same for you.

Hmm...
It was May 31st. I'll give it a few more days.
Thx
I just checked... and my last refund was for an international non-rev fee from MUC-EWR. It was $130 that was charged to my card, but we ended up jumpseating in the cabin instead. The original transaction was on May 18th and the refund came May 27th.

If it goes past the 10-14 business days then I'd say there's a problem. In the meantime... if e-mailing has worked for you in the past, then I'd keep trying that too.

**Update**

It's been two weeks and still nothing but I tried e-mailing again and this time the mailbox was not full so I'm hopeful it will just be a few more days.

**Update #2**

Got an e-mail today from Coair Customer refund service saying the refund was approved. Took 23 days but oh well. Better late than never.

Mine have always taken a little longer than two weeks, but have never failed to come through. Slow, but the system *should* work. If not, calling the passbureau I'm sure they'd fix it quickly.
