Has anyone here ever flown anyone famous?

Sid n' Geno

6 Pitchers from the White Sox. Peavey and Buerhle included.

Holly Robinson Peete

Greg Mortensen

Kurt Angle

Kid Cudi

Not bad for a Pilatus PC-12.

Flown several famous folks. Golfers, coaches, baseball players, football players, basketball players. The company I work for has even flown former Presidents.

I just remembered I flew Marcia Wallace into SLC once. She does the voice of Edna Crabapple on the Simpsons!

I have flown Laura Bush, KC and the Sunshine Band, and various somewhat famous athletes and movie stars. Laura Bush was a really nice lady though - the highlight of some of the famous people I've flown. While commuting to and from work I have been on the plane with Giada and Kenny Loggins. I spoke with Giada for a little while (she's as hot in person as she is on TV) - very nice person and she even gave me her autograph. :D

I have flown a few movie/TV folks, a couple of athletes, and a singer or two. For the most part they are just passengers like any other. One thing that stood out, was when a tour bus that probably cost more than the airplane we were flying pulled up to the airplane to meet us when flying a singer once.

I have also ran into or seen many more famous people in FBO's across the country.

I think some of you may know this story...

Was flying back to CMH from DFW after spending Thanksgiving with my during my grad school years. Was going back to meet a girl I had met online who I had been exchanging emails with for awhile. When I get to the back of this particular AA MD-80, I'm mostly alone, except for three guys across the aisle. Upon closer inspection, I noticed it was David Carradine and two of his stoner looking friends (they were all wearing Kill Bill jackets). I didn't talk to him because I figured he wanted his privacy.

So the next night, I'm sitting at the Hilton bar at Easton and telling this new girl the story of how I sat across from the Grasshopper on my flight the night before. All the while, someone is playing piano magnificently across the bar. Not long after I finish the story, the piano stops and people start clapping. I look up and, low and behold, it's David Carradine.

So naturally, I get up and walk over the piano and ask "are you following me?" He was confused until I explained that I was on the flight with him. Chatted for a second - nice guy. He was in town for a comic book convention.

Oh - and the girl? Now my wife :)

Did he get stopped by security for having a suspicious rope in his luggage?

I saw Bill Cosby's Gulfstream, and thats all I can remember... Aside from being in the old Air Force 1 at Pima in Tucson. I've probably only ever seen 5 or fewer famous people in my entire life, and, I'm fine with that.

Can't believe I forgot but I also met Theo Epstein on a BOS-JFK flight on my way to work couple years back, very laid back guy

Picked up a PGA pro Golfer in Vegas after an event but I cant remember his name for the freaking life of me haha!

Used to work on a 49er's 182.

Met on the ramp: Ozzie (odd but nice), David Crosby (hilarious), Snoop Dogg (high as a kite), Michelle Pfeiffer (extremely nice, chats with you about her travels, carries her own bags unless she needs help, and tips generously), Paul Newman (R.I.P., his Sabreliner looked like a hotwheel), Jack Roush (had CJ-1 painted like a P-51)...

several other mean and forgettable people.
