I know a local car dealer that tips his pilots $100 each every time he flies. I've gotten $500 when one of our bosses got off the plane in Vegas. It's not common, but it's not unheard of.

Uhh, I find Vegas to be a repeat of the boring frat parties. People thinking they are the coolest things in the world then throwing up all over, sign me up!

It wouldn't be after every lesson. It was usually a few Benjamin's when they got their license or rating.

You can usually squeeze a free chee'burger or a cup o' joe out of some students as a cfi.... :-/ .....
