Anyone had or used a Lowrance Airmap 500? Is this a decent unit?

Its basically a smaller version of the 1000, its B&W. Not bad, uses AA batteries or charger.

I have a Airmap 600. It is a great little GPS.

I've got the Garmin 396, and find it does waay more than I need it for, but that can be a good thing in certain situations..
