Two questions you should ask up front: what's the pay and how long is the employment agreement. I can almost promise you that if they go from PFT to hiring off the street, there will be some kinda comittment tieing people there monetarily. How long do you have to test the waters to see if you like it or not? On the pay issue, if it's anything less than what Great Lakes pays, don't go. Great Lakes should be the lowest any B1900 operator pays people. The $9 they pay the PFJers is just so the marketing guys can say "See, you ARE getting paid!"
