Guess who's got low stress and high pay!

USDA has loan programs for large tax credit real estate projects. I worked with an investor for a little while and I always thought it was funny we had to go through the USDA to build apartment buildings. Go figure.

Women Infants & Children. It helps mothers who have either had their babby daddy leave them, or maybe lost a job, or whatever. It's a good program for those that actually need it, and a bad one for those that abuse it. I think it only pays for things like cheese and milk and eggs, baby formula, etc. I think they also go after the dad for child support.

Ahhh, unfortunately for your argument, you don't know me. I myself am under the age of 18, and I am at least 76% sure that I am not a vegetable. :)
 
Does a carrot know it's a carrot? How about broccoli?

Dept. of Agriculture figures indicated that shockingly, only 13% of vegetables are aware of their existence.:D;)
